What data do you need from us?
Ideally: past chat logs, your product or service catalogue, FAQ documents and any policy PDFs. The more data you share, the more accurate the bot. Even a basic FAQ document is enough to start — we'll guide you through what to prepare.
Can the bot seamlessly hand off to a human agent?
Yes. We build intelligent handoff rules — if the bot is not confident, if the customer asks for a human, or if a VIP customer is detected, it seamlessly transfers the full conversation to your team via WhatsApp, email or your CRM.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not use your customer conversation data to train OpenAI's general models. Data is stored on secure servers and you retain full ownership. GDPR-compliant configuration is available.
