What is included in ERPNext AMC? +
PS Digitise's ERPNext AMC covers: bug fixes and troubleshooting, user support (how-to questions, workflow guidance), minor configuration changes (new user setup, role changes, print format tweaks, report filter adjustments), one ERPNext version upgrade per year (tested on staging first), Frappe Cloud management (backups, monitoring, SSL renewal), India Compliance app updates for GST rule changes, and WhatsApp and email support with 1 business day response.
What is NOT included in AMC? +
AMC covers maintenance — not new development. New modules, new Frappe app implementations, major customisations, new integrations, new workflows and new print format designs are quoted and charged separately. The AMC is for keeping your existing ERPNext running smoothly, not expanding it. Any work outside the AMC scope is quoted before being done — no surprise bills.
Does AMC include ERPNext version upgrades? +
Yes. Basic AMC includes one ERPNext version upgrade per year — for example, v15.x to v16.x. Minor point upgrades (v16.1 to v16.5) are done throughout the year at no extra cost. All upgrades are tested on a staging site before production deployment, and custom apps are checked for compatibility before every upgrade.
Can companies not implemented by PS Digitise sign up for AMC? +
Yes. PS Digitise takes on AMC for ERPNext systems implemented by other partners. A one-time system review (₹10,000) is required first — we assess existing customisations, Frappe version, hosting setup, India Compliance configuration and document everything. After the review, the standard AMC applies at ₹50,000/year. The review fee is not charged to our own implementation clients.
What is the response time for support? +
Standard issues: WhatsApp or email response within 1 business day. Critical issues (ERPNext down, cannot process invoices, payroll not running) get a same-day priority response. Enterprise clients can contact us for a custom SLA with faster guaranteed response times and a dedicated support contact.
