How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
On business days (Mon–Sat), we respond within 2 hours by phone or WhatsApp. Email responses take up to 4 hours. If you call during office hours (9 AM – 7 PM), someone will pick up immediately. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us outside office hours.
What happens in the first consultation call?
A 30-minute call where we understand your business, your goal and the specific problem you want to solve. No sales pitch — just discovery. By the end, you'll have a clear idea of what's possible, a rough timeline and a ballpark budget. We follow up with a written scope and quote within 48 hours.
Do you work with clients outside Trichy?
Yes — about 40% of our clients are outside Trichy. We work with clients across Tamil Nadu, other Indian states, Oman and the wider Middle East (through our Muscat branch, Tareqix) and Europe. All project management is handled remotely via WhatsApp, video calls and our project management tool. For ERPNext implementations, we travel on-site for training.
What if I have a very small budget?
Tell us your budget honestly in the first call. We'll tell you what's possible within it. Sometimes a phased approach works — start with an MVP or a single service, prove the ROI, then expand. We'd rather scope a smaller project that delivers value than oversell something that doesn't.
