Why your sales team loses deals

Six sales problems every Indian SMB faces.
PS Digitise CRM fixes all of them.

These are the situations your sales team lives in every day. If three or more describe you, the CRM will change how your team works.

❌ Right now
Follow-ups happen when the sales rep remembers. Nobody knows which leads have gone cold. Deals lost silently — never tracked.
✓ After CRM
Every pipeline card has a scheduled follow-up date. Overdue cards flagged in red automatically. Manager sees exactly who is dropping the ball.
Zero missed follow-ups
❌ Right now
Manager asks for pipeline update — sales rep types a WhatsApp summary from memory. Numbers are wrong. Nobody has the real picture at any time.
✓ After CRM
Live Kanban pipeline — every lead visible, every stage visible, every deal value visible. Manager opens the CRM and sees the real pipeline without asking anyone.
Live pipeline · no asking
❌ Right now
Sales rep leaves. All follow-up history is in their phone's WhatsApp. New rep starts from zero. Relationship history lost permanently.
✓ After CRM
Every call, WhatsApp message, note and meeting logged in the activity timeline per lead. New rep picks up exactly where the old one left off.
History never lost
❌ Right now
Won a deal — manually call accounts to create the customer in Tally or ERPNext. Sales rep re-enters name, phone, GSTIN, address. 20 minutes per deal. Errors introduced.
✓ After CRM
Win a deal → Customer created in ERPNext in one click. All contact details, GSTIN and address transferred automatically. Zero re-entry. Zero errors.
Won → ERPNext · one click
❌ Right now
Multiple sales reps — who is working which lead? Two reps call the same prospect on the same day. Customer embarrassed. Relationship damaged.
✓ After CRM
Each lead assigned to one owner — visible in the pipeline card. No duplication, no collision. Manager can reassign instantly when a rep is unavailable.
Clear ownership · no collision
❌ Right now
No way to know which marketing source — Facebook, WhatsApp enquiry, referral, website form — generates the most won deals. Budget spent blind.
✓ After CRM
Source tracked per lead — web form, WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram, referral. Conversion rate by source in dashboard. Spend on what converts.

Common questions

Questions Indian businesses ask before buying CRM.

Is PS Digitise CRM really a one-time cost with no monthly fee? +
Yes. PS Digitise CRM is ₹35,000 one-time for new clients and ₹25,000 for existing ERPNext clients. There is no monthly subscription, no per-user charge and no annual renewal fee. The only ongoing cost is optional — Frappe Cloud hosting from ₹410/month. If you are already on Frappe Cloud for ERPNext, there is no additional hosting cost for CRM.
How does the CRM integrate with WhatsApp? +
PS Digitise CRM integrates with WhatsApp in two ways. First, follow-up reminders are sent to the assigned sales rep via WhatsApp when a follow-up task is due — so the rep is notified on the channel they already use. Second, WhatsApp conversations with leads can be logged in the activity timeline. Meta Business API connection is configured during implementation. WhatsApp two-way messaging from within the lead page can be enabled when you connect the WhatsApp Business API.
Can it integrate with Books and ERPNext? +
Yes — this is a key advantage. PS Digitise CRM is built on the Frappe framework alongside Books and ERPNext. When a lead is won in CRM, it converts to a customer in Books or ERPNext in one click — no re-entry of contact name, company, phone or email. Quotations raised in CRM flow into ERPNext Sales Orders. All three systems share the same customer master. For existing ERPNext clients, the integration is tightest since CRM installs on the same server.
How many users can use PS Digitise CRM? +
Unlimited users — included in the one-time price. Whether you have 3 sales reps or 30, the price is the same. No per-seat pricing. Add new team members yourself from the admin panel at any time. Role-based permissions configured during implementation — sales reps see their own leads, managers see their team, directors see all.
How long does it take to go live? +
New clients: 2–3 weeks — server setup, pipeline configuration, WhatsApp integration, Books or ERPNext integration, data migration from your existing CRM or Excel, user setup and one full day of team training. Existing ERPNext clients: 1 week — CRM installs on the same server, integration is already on the same Frappe site, and the customer master is already clean.
Can we migrate our leads from Zoho CRM or HubSpot? +
Yes — data migration from Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Freshsales or Excel is included in the Full package. We migrate contacts, organisations, pipeline data and notes before go-live so your team starts with their full lead history in the new system. The migration is done as part of the 2-week implementation — your team does not need to start from a blank CRM.
Where is our CRM data stored? +
On your server or your Frappe Cloud instance — not on a shared SaaS platform. Your customer pipeline, contact data and activity history are on infrastructure you control. Frappe Cloud is hosted on Google Cloud India data centres. You can also self-host on your own server anywhere in India. The source code is open source — you can always export or migrate your data.
