Questions about UI/UX & branding

How many design revisions do we get?
Unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied. We work in rounds — we present a concept, you give feedback, we refine. Most projects are approved within 2–3 rounds. We never charge extra for reasonable revision requests — ever.
Will I own all the design files?
Yes, 100%. You receive the complete Figma file with all components, styles, variables and assets. If you ever move to a different agency or hire an in-house designer, they can pick up exactly where we left off — no friction, no proprietary lock-in.
Can you design and build the website too?
Yes — this is our most popular combination. We design in Figma, get your approval, then build it in React/Next.js or React Native. Because the same team designs and builds, the implementation is always pixel-perfect. No translation errors between design and code.
How is your process different from other design agencies?
Three things: (1) We understand business before we open Figma — strategy informs every design decision. (2) We design and build — no handoff to a separate team. (3) We're honest about what converts vs what looks pretty — we'll push back if a design choice hurts conversions.
Do you do UX research or just visual design?
Both. For larger projects we conduct user interviews, build customer journey maps, run usability tests with real users and use heatmap data from Hotjar. For smaller projects, we apply our accumulated knowledge from 200+ projects — combined with your customer knowledge — to make informed decisions fast.
Can you rebrand an existing company without starting from scratch?
Yes. Brand evolution (updating an existing identity while retaining recognition) is often smarter than a full rebrand. We start by auditing what equity exists in your current brand — logo recognition, colour associations, audience perception — then propose what to keep, evolve and replace.
